As she left the building through the door she had entered it a little while ago, Daenerys was greeted by light snowfall and clouds blocking the sun. It didn't seem like that would change anytime soon. Not the most friendly conditions, but much better than it could have been. During her years camping in the forests around Salem, D had seen much worse.

Although back then she possessed much better camping gear.

Briefly, she wondered if the island was northern enough for aurora borealis to be visible. Would be one of those things she had never seen with her own eyes before.

Thinking about things she would most likely never get to do was depressing. Daenerys forced herself to go back to the current decision she had to make: collect snow and return or leave Corbin and Abhi to their fate. Neither option seemed less appealing than the other one.

What made the scale tip were the footprints in the snow. D saw them by pure chance and wouldn't have minded much where it not for the fact that the foootprints belonged to big shoes and came straight from the small building she awoke in.

In other words, Darryl was most likely in the recreation building.

She could handle Darryl.

She could handle Abhishek.

But Darryl and Abhishek in the same room?

Oh hell no.

It was a shame for Corbin, but D had already left Ingrid, someone she knew much better, behind. Plus, Abhi was there to help him already.

Guess I won't be making many friends in this place.
