V8 Location Tracker (August 31st)

This is the latest iteration of Persy's Island Tracker, formerly reintroduced to V6 by RC. This will hopefully give a good overview on all open areas, for people who need spaces for death threads, etc. This thread will be updated as often as I can, and hopefully always before the next set of rolls. Posting here to note that threads have ended/been started would be appreciated, but is not required in any way. Thread title will contain the date of the last update.

Free = No ongoing threads in them. You are free to create a thread.
Open Thread, PM for Entry or Closed Thread = Ongoing threads. Open threads can be joined, PM for Entry requires messaging a handler in the thread, and Closed indicates a private thread. You are not allowed to start new threads in any of these locations unless they are oneshots.
