Hobbies and Interests: Up until about two years ago Jeremy was a model student. He was an excellent student, an obedient son and a respectable athlete until he stumbled upon the wide and wonderful world of drugs. Now Jeremy spends most of his time tweaked, stoned, baked, bombed and/or wasted. ‘Jimmy' stumbles along through a mostly normal daily routine and manages to coast through life without much difficultly with the occasional strung-out scheme. As of late these schemes have become increasingly dangerous as Jimmy and his small group of friends have experimented with harder, more volatile drugs and sought out more thrilling antics to do while high.

What started as a sort of philosophical endeavor to expand his mind and seek out a few new thrills has transformed into an attempt to live out every moment in a different reality and push twisted thrills and psychological experimentation to the limit.

Appearance: Jeremy is unremarkable to look at. By all accounts average, Jeremy is about 5'10 and has stringy, medium length, brown hair which hangs over his eyes and down midway passed his neck. At first glance one sees a normal teenager with worn blue jeans and a button-up baseball shirt which he wears overtop a simple T-shirt. Closer inspection of Jeremy reveals a far less sunny undertone. His eyes are bloodshot and circled by dark rings, his skin is flaky and pale and his arms and legs are battered and scabbed. His cheeks are sunken and his ailing flesh hangs emaciated from weathered bones. Jeremy was in excellent shape previous to his drug-filled endeavors but his ‘adventures' have worn him down. Nevertheless, Jeremy is still extremely wiry, but having lost weight and some of his sanity he is not quite the well adjusted young man he used to appear.

Biography: Jeremy ‘Jimmy' Richards Ressler is the only child of Dr. Samantha Ressler and Dennis Ressler. Jeremy's mother works at a hospital about an hour's drive from their home in Village Harbor while Dennis Ressler hammers out a living running his own auto-maintenance shop. It was always his dream to own and run a business by himself but Dennis is finding out that it's not all retro car reno's and sunny afternoons. Recently the normally upper-middle class family has been having trouble making the bills with Dennis' shop struggling to stay afloat and Samantha working long hours to make up for the lost paychecks. With both parents out of the house recently it has been easy for Jeremy to slip through the cracks and convene with his new group of friends in the basement of their lofty home.

Jeremy has always had a hidden bad streak and a penance for rebellion but in previous years Jeremy's parents have been able to focus and discipline his impulses and mischievous ingenuity into sports and study. Other than that Jeremy's past is without most of the family drama or awkward teen relationships that make high school ‘so hard'. Jeremy was previously involved in more then one healthy relationships but they never panned out and ended in amiable mutual breakups. Jeremy's grandparents on his mother's side died before he was born just as his other grandparents died when he was very young. Jeremy never could keep his attention on one subject which leaves his past flecked with different jobs, sports teams, friends and hobbies. He tends to quit his obsessions with little or no warning and moves on to the next subject with equal intensity.

In Southridge High, prior to his descent into drugs and partying, Jeremy was well liked by many of the students. While it was never his interest to hang with the so-called ‘nerdy crowd' he was still cordial on most occasions. He was polite and friendly, even with his teachers, due to his mother and father's constant tutelage leaving many wondering how the current Jeremy could have come to be. His current standing in the complex diplomatic ladder of high school is a far cry from what it was. When Jeremy does show up at school many people don't even notice him through his jerky movements, long stringy hair, rambling speech about metaphysics and general avoidance of other students due to the grips of paranoia. Most of his new friends don't go to Southridge or the do but don't show up, and even the few that do are avoided by the rest of the students as is Jeremy in most circumstances. Jeremy is currently without a job, girlfriend or practical hobby.

His recent antics have not been without their skill or precision either. Jimmy has always been handy and has always had a calling for mayhem, recent ‘experiments' have allowed him to hone these skills. While good-natured and harboring no true desire to harm anyone, his recent escapades have resulted in a few injuries, mostly sustained by Jimmy and his friends. His crazed schemes have almost put him at the head of his group of friends, if you could say that drugies ever have a ringleader, but his paranoia holds him back from taking the reigns and really doing any damage and pulling off any of his more grandiose plans.

All in all, Jeremy is really a good kid in a bad place. His adventurous attitude, his good-natured pranks and intrepid thinking have turned against him in recent months. He's a shade of what he once was, friendly, athletic, measured and well-liked, Jimmy is now seen as no more then a no-good pot-head. While he still retains enough of himself to put up a good show for his parents and teachers, and still enough sense to go to class, Jeremy Ressler is paranoid, frantic and strung-out all at once. While his ingenuity has been able to reach new heights in his crazed high, his surprising skill may not show up in the midst of adversity.

Advantages: Jimmy has the strength of a coke-head, the crazed quick-thinking of a speed addict and the senseless cruelty of a meth-head, at any given time. Even without his drugs he is strong, fast and very clever.

Disadvantages: Jeremy is in the throes on an intense high and thusly won't have the focus to use his skills to beat the competition. His mood is erratic and unpredictable, he could be gunning down competitors, huddled in a corner or fleeing from mind-spawned carnivorous reptiles.
