Somehow I forgot to comment on Tracen! He's amazing, and I especially love the sort of chill expression and the perspective, with the gun pointed riiigghhhttt at the reader. Also, it's a small thing, but you picked the perfect subtitle font for it, like it's a screenshot from a video.
I also love the comic strip with Greynolds and the pronunciation, so so much. The sparkles sell it so well.
Amelia's shirt is really pretty. I also, as always, love how you've done her hair. This time it's especially impressive because it seems simultaneously super put-together and super messy, like it's constantly teetering on the edge of disaster yet that's part of its calculated aesthetic charm. Her expression is also something nice and a little different; she looks a bit spaced out but also very benign.
Stephanie, in keeping with the trend, also has fantastic hair--hers is so wild, and I love how you use the dark, heavy black lines to suggest so much of the shape and wave against the lighter curly bits. Her eyes are also somewhat mesmerizing, so pale and blue.
I really, really like the updated Myles. It took me a second to figure out what had changed because someone already updated the wiki, but once I found the old one I was blown away by how much your style has evolved. I really like the way the lapels on his jacket flare out, and the way the tips of his hair are so subtly highlighted. I also appreciate his more somber expression; it's almost like old Myles is Pregame Myles and new Myles is game-mode Myles.
Finally, the rendition of the kill is incredible. I love how Paloma is in focus while Abel is more in the background; it fits really well with the in media res nature of the thread. I also really like how the crispest part of Paloma is her face, and her eyes have this wild, unsettled look about them. It really, really sells that everything got wildly out of control and whatever happens after, the die has been cast.
As always, you rock so incredibly much for pouring your talent into this. You're amazing.

I bid you all dark greetings!

"Art enriches the community, Steve, no less than a pulsing fire hose, or a fireman beating down a blazing door. So what if we're drawing a nude man? So what if all we ever draw is a nude man, or the same nude man over and over in all sorts of provocative positions? Context, not content! Process, not subject! Don't be so gauche, Steve, it's beneath you."

I really like neo-Julien. In a lot of ways, it feels like his depiction has evolved in step with how his character has developed. The changes to the angle of his chin make him come as a bit haughtier, and I feel like his scar pops more obviously now. I also love the way your work on hair has changed; it comes off really, really realistic now, and reminds me a lot of when I had long hair. Wonderful work, as always! You rule.
I bid you all dark greetings!

Declyn looks wonderful. I'm especially impressed by your use of color in this rendition of him; you've got a really good pastel palette going on, which opens some unusual but super cool options for highlights, like the faint lavender shading the sea green of his hair. This is then echoed throughout other parts of the picture, most notably where the light's hitting his left side. It all comes together to give the piece a really strong sense of atmosphere and almost "summer afternoon" kind of emotion to it. I also love the way his pocket pops due to the harder lines around its stitched edges, and the way the folds of his shirt are communicated through the ripples in the horizontal lines. You've done a great job here and you totally rock!
I bid you all dark greetings!
kotori when will this tyranny of hot guys ends
