upon reflection this could be the most galaxy brain scum gambit I’ve seen. If you’re town, then we can follow through with your plans without your death setting us back

if there's a strongman then town as a whole is fucked, but i doubt there is one; if a strongman's around, they could have shot fen last phase, and we'd be in a much worse position than we are right now, i think. we'd still be looking at 5 townies left, but we'd have only one confirmed townie (boogie) instead of two. jace, a townie, would be catching loads of suspicion for failing to stop the kill. if i or yugi were strongman, not killing fen means having to bet on fen not investigating us last night to even make it past this day phase. and NOW that we have reached this day phase, we still only have a 50/50 chance of making it out alive and winning, depending on whether we decide to lynch me or yugi first.

killing fen last night is just such an obvious scum decision if scum is strongman, like even if you're newbie scum shooting cop if cop's not getting protected is just blatantly obvious, also neither me nor yugi are newbie scum and we're the only people who could be strongman

so yeah either we win or we lynch ricky

i already said it but if a roleblocker could roleblock and shoot, they would've done it last night. Block the doctor so that they can't protect fen, and kill fen. Basically what you suggested, but a day earlier. or (and this is objectively worse imo) they could've blocked fen and killed jace. Since they DIDN'T do that, we can assume that if last scum is a roleblocker, this isn't an option for them

i wasnt paying attention but i just realized the flavor text on dodd-as-deamon was "mafia tough guy" which is mafiascum-speak for a godfather-type role who is bulletproof instead of investigation proof. like i was gonna make a point about there not being a mafia leader in flavor but like, there is, that's what deamon was

My main impression is that maybe the powers of godfather got split? Like, one got "is read as town in investigations," the other got "immune to PGO."

there is no real reason for boogie to swing the vote from yugi to zetsu outside of an overabundance of caution so like. is it too late to give people townpoints? are we past that? i dont know anymore

anyway that would be unusual, but bulletproof is near-useless in this setup so its possible i guess?

but also like... reading back again, haven't we ruled out there being a roleblocker or a strongman at all because i'm still alive? doesn't that virtually guarantee there is a godfather? im sorry im suffering from terminal dumbass
