I think Jace's playstyle rn points to unease/confusion/newness rather than scumminess, yeah. Put me in that camp (with the proviso that I slightly townread cactus for the lore point). Not to say Jace's current playstyle exonerates them entirely, but yeah, not getting scumvibes yet
