Wooow, Conrad did not expect the noogie, at all. It took him by surprise, so it took him a while to react. But that was a sign that Clarice was the normal Clarice he knew again.

"No problem!"

Conrad considered going back to his comfortable bed to continue watching, but he did not want Clarice to watch alone on the floor, which is why he sat himself on the floor next to Clarice.

"This is a 'License to Kill'!" Pointing at Timothy Dalton, he said "That is James Bond, although he's different from the other films. I think we have plenty of time before the film ends, though."

Distracting from the problems was a good idea. When Conrad was sad, he distracted himself as well, and when he's happy the sorrows went away.

"James Bond is different in a lot of films, though. But sweet. I'm sure I can figure out what's going on if it's early on. What's happened so far? Who's he fighting?"

Clarice sat back, putting her hands on the floor, and settled down to watch the film. Films made things better. So did friends. Just chilling with Conrad and watching a film sounded like a great idea right now.

She could worry about everything else after that.

((Clarice Halwood continued elsewhere.))

After summing up what he had seen from the movie prior Clarice coming to his house, Conrad continued watching the film. But this time with Clarice, which was a cool thing, as he had somebody he could talk with about the movie.
