we're probably looking _for_ staff rather than any "evil" handlers we should watch out for staff flavour names more than anything? At risk of moving discussion into meaningless flavour discussion (sorry y'all) I'd also hazard an outside guess of either me or Kermit as the Jester role, maybe maybe outside chance of Toben being another sort of nebulous third party given the fact that he is Toben.

To offer something of more actual worth: giving minor town points to Irina for asking that question, the grasp I have on her playstyle from the... one? earlier game she's played (Paranoia) is that she's very easily viable to accidentally drop info she's privy to, so the fact that I had to tell her that mafia are SotF staff this game is a little pointer to the idea that she is not, in fact, on the mafia team.

also knowing ricky it's also possible that kermit the role is a nebulous 3rd party IM SORRY I LIKE FLAVOUR TALK

People may still use the terms 'werewolves', 'mafia' and 'scum' interchangeably due to force of habit from playing other games, and I'd prefer that not be held against them.

whos dropping actual thoughts and feelings in MY mafia game ????? who does that. we are here to murder each other indiscriminately thinking is banned

(i would be kinda shocked if kermit Wasn't a third party role for what its worth but also unless other people have post restrictions that might theoretically point to flavor or like a flavor cop ability which is super rarely used it probably doesnt matter but its fun to think about anyways)

Even counting out ricky we have too many staff now for everyone to be scum in a game this size which is why i'm staking my claim that whoever's me is the jester and i'm going to be Cwanky if they're not

I am suspicious of Kermit for bringing the devil's lettuce into this game and not sharing, which as we know is the ultimate crime and certainly a jester-ly thing to do. But..
