Also, maybe Cactus is a magical girl who's drunker then someone on their 18th birthday. Makes sense, considering none of the main cast, and like, maybe a few spin off girls are seen past their teens, so of course they'll be celebrating

I'm gonna say that you should probably not play while drunk. Mafia, it's pretty easy to get angry while playing it. Pretty easy to lead to hurt feelings.
