"Besides almost being set ablaze?" Hawley questioned, a thoughtful look passing over his face as he fell into a sitting position against the ground. Weapon resting between his legs, and against his shoulder as he looked over the light redness of his arm where the fire had burned a hole through his shirt. "Besides that... I've been better."

Sighing he touched the area, warmth still being able to be felt there. Hawley making a tisking sound under his breathe, "And this was my favorite shirt."

"Should we rest here, or move on?" Alan asked, taking out his map and studying the locations. Jacob had fled in the direction of the river, so he mentally crossed that out as a possible destination.

"Yeah, that kid got me, it's not too bad, just hurts like hell and won't stop bleeding."

He lightly looked over the wound from his spot, "We should at least rest so we can get a look at your wound, make sure it didn't hit a vien or anything. Because personally, I don't need anyone dying of blood loss on me. And anyway, that's such a horrid way to go." Hawley said passing off a grin.

"I agree. Besides, maybe we can get our hands on some of those Molotovs he was tossing around."

Praise the lord.
The minions of satan were still alive, but so was he.
things could've been a lot worse.
But i guess jacob was right, it's not safe to stay here.
uriel took the remaining molotovs and his weapon
and left the bedroom.
he quickly crawled over the barricade and descended the stairs as silent as he could.
then he opened the kitchen and found what he was looking for.
his bag was still where he left it.
he put his molotov coctails in the bag and left the lighthouse trough the back door.
Repent kids, for tommorow you'll die, uriel mused as he started to
run.
next stop : the river.

Adam looked at his companions. Hawley was examining Alan's wound, and Alan seemed to be holding back his pain, much to Adam's chagrin. It didn't seem like there was much for him specifically to do.

"Hey guys, I'm going to go take a look inside, see what I can see, hm?"

Again Adam couldn't help but wonder - he was the only one without a scratch on him - hopefully there wasn't anyone else inside the lighthouse. And hopefully his companions wouldn't get angry at that fact. Adam had been lucky, and he silently hoped that luck would continue.

Hawley gave a light glance to Adam shrugging somewhat, "Sounds good to me, but first..." He muttered, moving somewhat into a standing postion holding his shotgun out to Adam with his good arm, the burned one lying pitfully at his side.

"Switch weapons with me," he said lightly. "With my arm burned I can't support the weight of this, and anyway if more people are in there this'll do more damage."

"I agree." Alan grunted as he tried to stop the blood with his hand.
"Actually, I think I'll go in too, just to see if there's anything to wrap this up." he said, going into the building.

Adam nodded to Hawley, and then held out his pistol, grip first, in his left hand. With his right, he took the shotgun from Hawley, and checked the chamber. It was loaded, all right.

"Sounds good, man. Finally something I've shot more than once before...heh. How much ammo you got for this thing?"

Adam reached into his bag and pulled out his spare ammunition, placing it on the ground beside Hawley.

Hawley overlooked the pistol in his hand, moving down and grasping the spare ammo. "There should be three more shells in the magazine in there, I think I got one more magazine. So about eight..." He muttered watching as Alan stood, proclaiming that he too decided he wanted to go in as well and quickly moved in the building. Hawley found himself sighing and moving to grab his stuff.

"Might as well go in as well I suppose, no use staying out here by myself." He said hotly, with that wound still bleeding like it was maybe Alan found pass out from blood loss soon. Give Hawley a chance to get a better look at it...

Adam nodded to both of them.

"Well, then...shall we?"

Getting a rush of excitement, which Adam found unusual, he stepped through the doorway into the lighthouse.

OOC: Bit of useless info, but I've been in the lighthouse for the last two posts.

"Sure. Why not..." Hawley shrugged, frowning somewhat. He hardly found excitement in any of this, thought throwing the thought away he followed the other two along into the lighthouse.

"Sure is dark in here, eh?" Adam mumbled as he nearly tripped over a piece of stray furniture.

"Anything interesting over there, guys?"

"I think that kid had guests." Alan said, loking at the spots of blood throughout the room.
"And I doubt they got a warm welcome."
