Alright, I'll back off there then. The short of my opinion is is that I'm pretty sure that Cactus is lying given how he mixed up tracker/watcher but I did want to know whether Dodd theoretically could have had his power described to him that way.
Fairly certain he's lying though (even if gianni does make thematic sense as tracker). Just kinda want to wait for Jace to claim to sort some things out.

Sorry yeah I can't answer that question, and we've outlawed the quoting of role PMs for similar reasons.
