oh @jace does your role have anything about not being able to protect the same person twice in a row or something? usually doctors have that clause to prevent follow the cop strats
idk it was never mentioned in my role pm. I figured out what a doctor did by looking it up and asking questions. Also It doesn't matter if that was the case bc I protected Dodd then forgot to do it iirc twice, then protected Dodd again. So even if that was a rule it was never relevant to me.

i can't remember any specific sotf game with that rule in place, but it's a common enough thing for irl werewolf/mafia games, wherein the strongman role is pretty much nonexistent (night phases are conducted silently aside from the mod giving instructions, and scum-aligned players pretty much pick a kill by pointing and making faces at each other)

tbf online mafia and irl mafia are basically completely different games

oh forgot that if jace is the scum then he can fake doctor by withholding his kill for this night, a kill failing to go through doesn't automatically clear jace
(it's a bit of a remote possibility but just wanted to throw that out there)

also i looked it up out of curiosity and the stipulation zetsu was talking about isn't unheard of but there are a million other methods to prevent follow the cop and also jace would have been told about the stipulation up front so it DOESNT MATTER ANYWAY
it would be weird to have no doctor in a setup like this. im willing to just trust it.
