Name: Dean Pare
Gender: Male
Age: 43
School: Bayview High School Hockey Coach
Appearance: Coach Pare stands around 5'10'' inches tall and has the body of someone who clearly used to work out frequently. He has piercing blue eyes and a sharp pointed nose. His face has some scar tissue from his old playing days. His body and face and the way in which he carries himself gives him a very "hawk-life" appearance. Biography: Dean Pare was a tragic sports story if there ever was one. A highly touted prospect coming out of junior hockey in London, Ontario, Dean was drafted third overall by the old Hartford Whalers franchise. However in just his first game ever in the NHL he was the victim of a knee on knee hit that would end his career. He still walks with a limp to this day. After the hit ended his career, the Whalers franchise gave him a payout of $80,000 to help the medical bills and to go back to school. Dean went to school and took an electricians course. He made good money at his job and married his old high school sweetheart Donna. They now have two children. It was through his son Kurtis that he learned Bayview was looking for a coach. He applied for the job and got it, quickly putting together several winning seasons in a row. Now his job is even more pressured to win as he has some future NHLers like the Kronwall brothers on his team, but Coach Dean has confidence that his team will bring home another State Championship.
