Kammeigh Andrews*

#1

Post by Megami* »

Name: Kammeigh Melise Andrews
Gender: Female
Age: Seventeen [17]
Grade: Senior [12th]
School: Bayview Secondary School
Hobbies and Interests: Cheerleading (former), Softball, Swim Team

Appearance: Short and petite, Kammeigh stands at 5'2" and weighs approximately 115 pounds, giving her a rather curvy figure. Unlike many girls her age, Kammeigh embraces her curves, stating that she's never heard of women having curves being a bad thing. Her hair is a honey blonde in color, accented with snowy blonde highlights and auburn low-lights. Her bangs are approximately chin-length and are the shortest part of her hair. Her hair is always worn parted on the side, and her bangs hang down almost covering her right eye. The rest of it is layered, the longest section reaching approximately halfway down her back, and she usually wears it loose. Her eyebrows, the same honey color as her hair, are thin and arched, but don't hold any sort of peculiarity to them. Kammeigh's eyes are a vibrant blue in color and she uses dark eye makeups to accentuate them further. She's never seen without dark black eyeliner, which is curled up slightly at the edges and makes her overly round eyes look a bit more slanted. Her nose is small and button-like and can easily be described as "cute". Her lips are full and plump and her teeth are straight and white. Her face is heart-shaped and her features sit on it nicely. Her ears are pierced twice on the bottom on each side and once on the cartilage of her right ear. In terms of dress, Kammeigh's wardrobe is quite the variety, ranging from jeans and baby tees to skirts and peasant tops depending on the day.

Biography: Born the only child of district attorney Dawson Andrews and registered nurse Laine Bronson-Andrews in Oceanside, California, Kammeigh was a happy, healthy, and well cared-for child. Kammeigh grew up a privileged, but by no means spoiled child. She was given the things she wanted, but was also quick to learn the value of a dollar. Her parents believed in working for a living, so despite coming from a financially sound household, Kammeigh was still subjected to doing chores for a weekly allowance. Learning these habits from a young age instilled a strong sense of work ethic within Kammeigh, and has made her a bit OCD -- for example, it drives her crazy when her bed is unmade or things in her room are out of place.

Kammeigh's childhood was quite uneventful. They lived in Oceanside until Kammeigh was around 13, before she began junior high. It was during that time that her father was offered a position that had opened up near St. Paul, Minnesota. The family was quick to move to St. Paul, which turned out to be a bit of a blow to both Kammeigh and Laine, who were very close to Kammeigh's grandparents. It was a few years later that Laine's parents relocated to St. Paul to be closer to their family. Dawson's parents, who had retired several years before and had been traveling ever since, soon found themselves relocating to St. Paul too, although these days they're rarely home. Kammeigh has been fortunate enough to be able to go on many summer trips with them.

School has always been something Kammeigh's enjoyed. She's an average student, scoring mostly B's with a few C's in her classes, but her outgoing and friendly personality have ensured that she's always been quite popular and well-liked by her fellow classmates. Taking a great interest in the clubs around her school, Kammeigh's been involved in many of them for various stints of time. She picked up softball and swim team during junior high school and has continued to participate on the teams up until her final year of high school. From 7th grade onward, Kammeigh was on the cheerleading squad, but abruptly quit her senior year, stating that there was just too much drama, and she'd much rather root her friends on from the bleachers.

When it came to friends, Kammeigh always found herself surrounded by them. She's always been quite the socialite, and made it a point to attend as many parties as she could. Always one to indulge herself and have a good time, Kammeigh's had more than a few moments where she's gotten more than a little wild at classmates' parties. Fortunately, she has close friends to keep her from doing anything too stupid -- most of the time. Personality-wise, she's a fun-loving, easy-going person who enjoys surrounding herself with friends and having a good time.

Time between work and play is usually spent trying to keep herself in shape, and Kammeigh makes it a point to run every evening to keep herself curvy, and not round. She isn't a huge exercise nut, but she does make it a point to take care of herself. The waitressing job she has recently acquired is all the more cause for this exercise, as her metabolism isn't the best and she finds herself periodically snacking throughout the day. Fortunately, she responded to this by stepping up her runs a bit more, and doesn't seem to have gained too much weight.

With graduation right around the corner, Kammeigh -- like many other students -- seems completely clueless as to what she wants to do for the rest of her life. Her mother is desperately pushing for Kammeigh to try to enter the medical field in some fashion or another, but Kammeigh's got a bit of a weak stomach, and simply replies that there's no way she could deal with bleeding people all day. Her father, of course, is rooting for her to go into law, but her response is always to laugh and claim she isn't smart enough for that. She's sent in applications to a few local colleges, thinking she'll just use the first year or two of general studies to help her decide some kind of major.

Advantages: Her looks could be an advantage -- many guys seem to fall for a pretty face, and she definitely has that going for her. Her friendly and outgoing personality means she might have it easier than some in terms of forming alliances, and she doesn't have too many enemies that she's aware of. Her athleticism also comes into play, and the fact that she's accustomed and conditioned to running might prove a valuable asset for her.

Disadvantages: Her most obvious disadvantage is the fact that Kammeigh's never been in a fight in her life, and wouldn't know what to do if she suddenly found herself in that situation. Another glaring disadvantage is her weak stomach -- if the sight of a little blood nauseates her, some of the things she's bound to see later on might flat out cause her to faint. Her looks could also play some sort of disadvantage in the end, as with many contestants in the past, their looks have proven more of a curse than a blessing.
