Joey's helped you, in some way or other. He's introduced you to someone with whom you now get along with well, he's gotten you a foot in the door in some place or other, he's helped you with homework, he's given you advice, he's pulled strings to keep Wyatt off your back, he's gotten you tickets when they were sold out, he's presented your idea of how things could be better to the school council, or something else.

So now you owe him. He made clear beforehand that he'd may like to ask you to do him a solid sometime in the future in exchange. Or maybe he didn't, and is counting on the favor helping your guilt whenever he does ask you.

For what do you owe Joey?

Alright, Camila might want to work something out. She wants him to convince a friendly teacher or club leader or two to get more school involvement going with local farmer's markets and mom/pop outfits. Field trips, volunteer outreach, that sort of thing, he'd sell it as increased community involvement and giving back, so on. She's got a farm's worth of resources to tap and isn't too scrupulous, though what he actually asks/asked for in exchange is up to you.

That's perfect, that is. Joey would jump at the chance to get a favour from Camila, I'm sure of it. Because of that, he'd probably put in some extra effort, trying to create an line directly from sellers at the markets and owners of locally-owned stores to several of the teachers and club leaders, and perhaps even coordinate the first several activities and programs himself. He would indeed sell it as increased community involvement.

What he would want, well, farm resources are nice, but the situation would be rather special to have need of them. What he would prefer is being able to use Camila's practical nature and experience as well as her natural leadership abilities in situations that called for someone like that. Oh, and being able to ask for a referal for a restaurant every so often.

Blake was not the best at keeping himself anonymous, especially during the start of his junior year. He might want to get some advice from Joey around that time regarding that area. How much that advice helped Blake, as well as what Joey asks of him as a result, is up to you.

If Joey knows about the fact that he commits crimes, which is also up to you, he should be extremely cautious about that. If Blake finds out that he knows, he'll be quick to call off that favor if it hasn't been done at that point and distance himself. Depending on what Joey does with that information and how much Blake knows about what he was doing, I can see Blake framing Joey to damage his credibility.
