For starters, the date of the senior trip is Wednesday, June 13, 2012 (subject to change, but it'll almost certainly be within five days or so of there). V5 will have a good in game calendar.
The students are taking a trip to Disneyland, California. For this, the plan is to bus the students to a local airport, then take a chartered plane to California. This is possible due to lots and lots of fundraising and parent donations over the year, as well as special discounts from various companies. The per-student cost is low, and enough aid available, to prevent anyone from being left out due to finances.
