Grade: Ten.
School: Hobbsborough.
Extra Curricular Activities: On account of a strict mother, she has no life. XD;
Description: Joyce was homeschooled for the first few years of her life, brought up in a residence of religious fanatics : as a result, she rarely questions what she's told, and is extremely indecisive. She tends to drown out other people and sink deep into thought, or concentrate on work in order to ignore those around her. Naturally, people around her take this as her way of saying that she's too good for them, and usually ignore her. Being adressed or having attention called to her puts her on edge, and knowing that she's under the eye of scrutiny [or so she believes] brings out an accident-prone side of her.
Hobbsborough was Joyce's first choice as a high school. She had always considered herself 'pretty good' at art, and wanted to pursue it as a hobby, perhaps more. While her thoughts and words are somewhat ... censored, she has a plethora of cliche reasons why she loves to express herself in artistic mediums. However, since starting at Hobbs, art has become a bit of a nightmare for her, belittled by other students who excell at the subject.
Her natural hair is blonde, and trails down to her waist; she always keeps it held up in a strict, tight knot. She isn't quite ugly, just somewhat ... plain, nothing worth a second glance. As far as clothing goes, she's extremely superstitious about donning the color black : more often than not, she wears one of her long, white skirts, with a blouse to match -- and, of course, a cross held on a [brown, not black] leather strand around her thin neck.
Clique: Loner, I guess ...
Relationships: n/a for now.
Other: Gummy Bears are her guilty pleasure. :] And yes, the last name is from Everybody Loves Raymond -- don't laugh. xDD
