Change to the Adoption Process

Attention handlers:
After some discussion and community feedback, the staff have decided to adopt a blind bid process for further adoptions on the board. Bids on adoptions will not be visible until after the adoption timer runs out in order to encourage people to bid regardless of other bids on the character.
