A short while ago, an attempt was made to run a game of MASKS: A New Generation with folk from this here community. Some good times were had but the vibes weren't quite aligned and it fell apart, alas.
ANYWAY I wanna try that again. Might not be Masks this time though, I'm also looking at Thirsty Sword Lesbians (which is pretty much what it says on the tin) and Girl by Moonlight (which is in the broadest sense, a magical girl RPG). Both are pretty similar to Masks mechanically, they're all fairly light and agile rulesets that focus more on pushing you towards interesting narrative outcomes than being precise simulations. I figure with the way SOTF is, a similar format of play-by-post (most likely over Discord) and behind-the-scenes collab, via a system focused on somewhat similar themes to our main thing of emotional teens and conflict, should work pretty well.
I know I've got one person down already, if anyone else is interested please let me know here or by Discord DM and I will start making plans if there's sufficient buy-in! Include which system if any is your preference, and if you have experience with any of them feel free to include other details you'd prefer like your favourite settings/playbooks to use.
