Bisaette didn’t react much when Claude eagerly got out of the situation, keeping his gaze to the floor as he simply nodded at Claude leaving.

After shaking his hand a bit and chuckling, looking down back at his phone Jean leaned against the car “Big strength, that’s a true pitcher strength. Eh you know, I guess baseball is a good career if he does it. Will be rich and successful you know. Not as successful than being at a fancy tech company but you know, he’ll be good enough.”

Bissette was quiet again, just staring at his feet.

After another scroll, Jean chuckles “Maybe he should get you outta the house more. Make you lose a few pounds, buddy.”

Bissette turned and walked past his dad, entering the house and ignoring her mother’s ranting at the hole in the wall. He simply walked back upstairs and into his room, shutting the door and laying back down on his bed, staring up at the ceiling.
