Name: Jason Stevens
Gender: Male
Age: 18
Grade: 12
School: Bayview Secondary School
Hobbies and Interests: Rap music, Football, Cars

Appearance: Jason stands at about 5'9" and weighs about 170 lbs. He has a fading tan that he attempts to make stand out by wearing as much white as possible. He is also generally adorned with gaudy silvery necklaces studded with fake jewels. He has a slight acne problem that is most visible on his rather large and slightly crooked nose. He has black hair, which he keeps shaved and concealed by a hoodie. His green eyes are barely visible as they're generally little more than slits. Jason's eyes are a dark green and appear slightly sunken into his head. He is also a little slack-jawed from breathing through his mouth too much.

Biography: Jason is a senior at Bayview Secondary School and the only child of a single mother. His mother works long hours as a nurse at the local hospital and isn't home much during the daytime. Consequently they have a somewhat distant relationship, but Jason loves his mom and stays out of serious trouble, so it is a generally peaceful one. Even with her schedule, she manages to make it to all of his home football games, making a point of it to show him support whenever she is able.

Jason plays as a defensive lineman for the varsity football team and has broken his nose twice during his six years of playing, leaving his nose crooked as a result. He's a generally good player, but not quite starting material. He currently holds the record for most penalties, his most common penalties being offsides and unnecessary roughness. Because of this he's never played during the first or fourth quarters.

Jason's mother comes from a Catholic family, and Jason was baptized into the faith as an infant. Nobody talks much about his father because it is believed by most of the family that his mother was raped. The truth is that she had sex with a boy she didn't know while at a party and quite drunk, but she allows people to believe she was raped to avoid the disappointment and shame at having a child out of wedlock. Jason believes this story, a belief which has caused him to have issues controlling his anger. He feels cheated, because he knows that he ought not to exist, and also can be hyper-protective of females, believing that all men are seeking to exploit them. His therapist recommended sports to him as a way of releasing his aggression; a suggestion that has kept him out of trouble since he started junior high.

Most of Jason's friends are in the junior class, because his own class finds him kind of annoying. He likes to blare 50 Cent out of his off-brand MP3 player, and attempt to freestyle at his locker. He doesn't realize that his rhymes are terrible and that he has no business trying to portray himself as a gangster, no matter how many times his classmates inform him of these facts. He also tries to act extremely masculine at all times. This coupled with the fact that he hasn't had or tried to get a girlfriend since junior high has led several of his classmates to assume that he's secretly gay, which also happens to be true; however, he has not yet admitted that to himself, partly because his conservative Catholic upbringing has inspired a moderate amount of internalized homophobia in him, as well as the fact that he is only just becoming aware of it. Jason has been slowly developing a secret crush on the captain of the football team for the past three months.

When it comes to grades Jason carries a C average, preferring vocational studies to academia. He's currently learning car repair and likes to tinker with his own 1994 red Chevy Silvarado in his spare time. When he finishes high school he plans to continue working in the local auto shop where he is learning.

Advantages: He's reasonably athletic and could probably handle a few scraps.
Disadvantages: He's not really well liked, so outside of the few friends he has on the football team, most probably won't be too eager to team up with him.
