Appearance: Standing at 5'9" and weighing 148 lbs, Cecil doesn't mind his appearance very much, in fact, he's okay with anything as long as his hair is decent and presentable, and his clothes don't make him look like a clown or a vagabond. He is usually seen wearing a pair of deep blue jeans, black and red sneakers, a dark red, long-sleeved shirt with a black and somewhat thick hunting vest on top. He usually carries the most unusual stuff in the four front pockets, if he's carrying anything. Most of the time he just uses them to have somewhere to put his cellphone, keys, and hands. At times he's seen pulling manga out of the left breast pocket. He wears his hair long and tied up in a ponytail he's been growing for ages now, which reaches halfway down his back. People often wonder how long it takes him to wash the damn thing. He also wears black, open-fingered gloves whenever he's not writing or drawing.

Biography: Cecil's fairly selective on who he lets near him and who he doesn't. He thinks that by letting too many people get close to him, he will let his guard down and allow someone to hurt him, even if it's not intentional, and fears that he may not forgive them and that they may not realize the damage they've caused. Because of this, he tries to befriend people rather slowly, letting them in little by little, so that they may cause no harm. He usually grows a very strong bond with the few friends he has because of the process he developed, and will defend them even to death.

His childhood was pretty average, with no drastic turns of events. His family is happy and his parents are still together after years of marriage, and his older brother is studying environmental sciences in the university. During his childhood he abused his intelligence to stay away from studying and homework, under the excuse that he got good enough grades as is, and used that free time to play videogames, lots of them, always disappointed with his lack of skill over them, or surf the web. He usually found anime and manga he enjoyed reading, or a good original story. He could spend hours reading or watching an anime series. When he got bored, he'd usually watch TV until he got an idea of what to do, and if he had no ideas, he'd call a friend and plan on something to do, something to build, something to create.

He is carefree and a slacker at heart, but a remarkably intelligent person. He will often be a source of debate among peers due to finding key flaws in whatever it is they're talking about, or about their person. He is usually scolded or penalized in class, at work, or anywhere, because he'll usually neglect his to-do's to help someone else, since he can't stand seeing someone in need and will go out of his way to help in whichever way he can find.

In his free time, he usually reads manga, which he stopped downloading and started buying once he got a job. He also likes to draw, and despite his lack of skill at it, he's quite proud of every drawing he finishes, since it's a sign of progress. He also likes cooking, but can never bring himself to learn any interesting recipes. He forgets that kind of stuff, and is mostly proficient at stuff that can be self-taught. At times, he likes to play the guitar, progressing little by little, to someday be like the rock and metal guitar stars of his dreams. When he doesn't feel like doing anything, he just finds a quiet place and sleeps or stares at the sky for a while, until he gets an idea of what to do next. Usually he'll go to a calm spot far from town on his bike. He's been biking back and forth from said spot for so long his legs have grown somewhat strong despite it not being too long a ride.

When he is focused in something, he is very meticulous and pays great attention to detail, specially when drawing, since he wants to keep getting better. This in turn makes a considerable portion of his payment to go towards mechanical pencil leads and erasers.

At school, he's silent most of the time, and most people don't even notice he's there beyond accidentally bumping into him and saying "Sorry". He has very few friends but he's happy that way, since he's never liked crowds. He usually gets bored during class and either starts reading or drawing at the first chance he sees, or helps people in his class with any problems they have in that particular subject, since a childhood teacher once told him that "You haven't learned it if you can't teach it."

As for relationships, he's been sitting out for a long while, since he finds that high school relationships are somewhat pointless. He thinks it's better to wait until people are ready to be in a serious relationship and really commit themselves to it.

Advantages: He can quickly spot flaws in most things, be it speech, movement, a math problem, et cetera. He is very observant and can silently analyze something until he finds the logic behind it. He is good at teaching things to others and has a way of getting his point through to most people.
Disadvantages: A very idealistic view leads Cecil to go out of his way to help others, endangering himself in the process. Heroic, but foolish. Cecil also doesn't like excercise, so while he's most definitely not overweight or lacking in stamina, he hasn't developed that area much, so he'd last little against a brawny opponent. He also zones out every now and then due to his thinking process, distracting him and making him lose track of whatever it is he was doing at the time.
