Reporting Issues With Staff Behavior

In light of the ban of MK Kilmarnock and the behavior we have been made aware of, we would like to ask people to report any issues that they have had and not yet reported, regarding this or any other significant issue with staff behavior. You may send a PM to SOTF_Help detailing the incident and including any logs if applicable.

This is not mandatory, but it will assist us in investigating and addressing problems like the behavior that has been reported going forward. Remember that we can't address things that we are not made aware of.

The staff team would also like to extend a reminder that we have an open door policy when it comes to reporting the behavior of any staffers that you believe is problematic or abusive. We do not intend to mediate any and every dispute between individuals, but if you feel that inappropriate behavior has taken place, please reach out. Any complaint will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. We’d much rather people contact us straight away rather than feel like they need to stay quiet for fear of reprisal.

The team as a whole want to make it clear that staff members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and courtesy to others, and behavior in violation of that has no place on our site. It is upsetting to learn that such behavior was taking place behind our backs, and we once again would like to reiterate that we very much want to be informed sooner rather than later if any such thing happens again.
