Appearance: The first thing about Penny that one notices is her rather pug-like face. It's scrunched up, with her features a bit too close together, not ugly but not the textbook definition of pretty. She has small, beady blue eyes that are quite close to her nose, a heavyset brow, and chubby cheeks. Penny's nose is similar to that of a bird's- long, with a beak-like curve at the end. Her hair is shoulder length and curled into many delicate straw-blonde ringlets. In stature, Penny is average. She is 5'5 in height and her weight is 137, distributed evenly and with no really noticeable curves. Shapewise, Penny is built like a pear, with a narrow torso and shoulders and a squat bottom. Although she looks small and weak, Penny has a great deal of strength that she builds on through constant exercise. Her skin is a light tanned Caucasian, from soccer practice. Penny's clothing consists of jeans and dress shirts, usually denim and gray, respectively.

Biography: Penny is the youngest of four children with all of her siblings having already left for college. Her parents doted on her as a child, and because of this she has a very spoiled personality. Penny has always been a bully, not out of any malice but out of perceived inferiority. Penny was never as smart or as well-liked as her peers, and because of this lashes out at them regularly and tries to make them suffer. This has shown itself since third grade, when she saw a girl in a dress that she had admired previously. In a fit of jealousy, Penny cornered the girl during recess and pushed her to the ground before tearing a large piece out of the dress.

Penny continued her streak of meanness, punishing those she perceived to be 'full of themselves' or better than her. She has yet to grow out of this mindset, so she carried her bullying ways into Bayview. Her siblings had been fairly popular during their years at the school, so Penny was initially greeted warmly by their former friends. Using these connections to her advantage, Penny provoked her targets and then sic'd her siblings' friends onto them.

By junior year, most of Penny's former allies had long departed from the school. But a new group had replaced them. Due to the tormenting she had invoked, Penny herself had gained a group of followers who bullied alongside her. Big, strong, or small and weak, it didn't matter to her- Penny now had a group of people who saw her for who she was and didn't pity or mock her. While she wasn't a big threat to the school, she was still someone others made sure not to get involved with.

While she comes off as a brute, Penny is actually a rather intelligent girl. She's gifted at math, and has been in every AP mathematics course since Freshman year. The other three core subjects, Science, English, and Social Studies all come easily to her as well, and Penny is frequently on the honor roll. This is most likely why teachers don't do much against her- she's usually not troublesome during class itself, giving them little reason to believe the claims others put against her.

Even her involvement with sports and clubs has become an avenue for intimidation. Penny is a decent soccer player at best, but was chosen over other, better candidates due to her overbearing and easy-to-anger nature. Even the ones strong enough to counter her gang just find her to be tiresome and prefer to just leave her alone. However, in spite of her reputation, Penny is rather kind to her Decathlon and Soccer teammates, and is on friendly basis with her fellow Rock club members.

Advantages: Has a few friends, and is herself incredibly tough.
Disadvantages: 60% of her class hates her, and the other forty percent is most likely wary of her. She's well known, and for all the wrong reasons.

I get the feeling that this is pretty short, so I fully expect and appreciate any tips on how to improve upon it.
