Ah, right! So in terms of how long they should last not accounting for plot contrivances and rolls in general?
Ray - Out within the first day or two. He can operate guns but he's not a marksman. His being physically unfit is more or less a death sentence, realistically. His poor mentality and strong ethical stances also means a likely exit via suicide, passively or actively.
Mona - Out within the first day or two. Not physically fit and pretty deranged. She'd pick a fight she has no business picking and just get wiped off the earth.
Clarissa - A few days but not making it halfway. She has the physical fitness but she'll very much struggle with her emotional state and likely being overloaded and overstimulated the whole time from the terror, despair, the deaths of her friends. L's been rooting for the Clarissa mental breakdown arc for a hot minute now and that's what we're getting- she just doesn't have the self-control and composure to make it.
Bell - Halfway. They have the physical fitness and the winner's mentality, a willingness to hurt and kill others to defend themselves and what she thinks is right. But they are a bit dull in terms of intelligence, would probably be too stubborn and unable to adapt to changing cirucmstances. Likely to be overly aggressive and get in over their heads at some point.
Ingrid Ivy - Probably at least halfway but up in the air as to further. She has the physical prowess, the mental capacity, the composure, and likely the willingness to consider killing people who she's not close to. She'd be playing a defensive game though, more for the survival of her friends. Also the composure will eventually slip as she loses people. Could take it all the way but it'd probably be by the skin of her teeth and mostly mentally and physically gone by that point.

Adrienne doesn't last long. I don't think she has the strength or the will to keep going involved with survival. She's likely an easy out whether by the elements, another person, or herself.
Vernon might make it through a day, but that's only really if he can find his friends or any other potential allies. He's very strictly nonviolent, even moreso than the average teenager (who I would presume is nonviolent by nature), so he's got nothing going on in the offensive or even the defensive side of things.
Lacie can make it halfway, I think, if she really tries. She probably has a strategic approach and I think, with enough contemplation, is brave enough to kill in order to survive.
Mihai realistically makes it the farthest. He's fit enough, and he's skilled with guns. He has that aggressive drive, and while I don't think he'd play for the sake of playing, he'd definitely shoot a couple people to keep himself safe. He'd make it to the final 20, maybe even final 15, but I think his hubris would be his downfall.
Mina does not die. Not because she'd be good at the game, like, at all, but because she probably wouldn't even go on the trip in the first place. There is no value of the trip to her. If she were to enter the arena, she might be able to make it far, only because she's really good at hiding. Her death would probably just missing the announcement of the danger zones and getting her head blown off. Sad.

Sylvie does not last very long. She's got stealth on her side, but with very little willpower, strikingly little physical power, and a low-key doormat attitude, one o' the more killmongery kids gets their hands on her.
Manuel fares a lot better with his athleticism but is too soft to take a life. He'd have to be pushed, and by the time he realises he has, it might be too late.
Raya has physical prowess on her side as well as determination, confidence, and a lack of inhibition when it comes to punishing those who come after her friends. This'll probably be her downfall as she goes Leeroy Jenkins on some dude with a shotgun.
Céline ultimately has the best chance. Stealth, perception, outdoor survival skill, instinct to avoid others in the first place, high pain tolerance and low inhibition towards killing in general make for a mean combination in this scenario.
