“FUCKING FUCK! MAN THIS FUCKING-!”

Bissette screaming stopped as he recognized two things:

• 1. Marino falling down from slipping on the spilled bowl of spaghetti
  2. And more important: Emma Drakenberg-West about to slip on a puddle on the floor.

Immediately, Bissette swooped in, wrapping his arms around Emma’s waist and immediately pulling her backwards “DON’T SLIP YOU IDIOT!”

Bissette backed up quickly as he tripped up on Marino, stumbling back into the living room with Emma and letting go of her before falling hard on the floor.

Crises averted. Stupid girl saved.

Too much happened in a span of a second. The water that spilt from the kettle, unbeknownst to Emma, had splashed onto Marino's legs. Emma got distracted when he backed against the fridge and a jar fell from the top, landing on Marino's head and shattering onto the floor with fusilli going out. Emma then heard Chester yelling behind her, as she stepped on the puddle. The moment she did, she felt her boot slip and then she felt some meaty arms go around her Emma's waist, sending her back.

Now, Emma had some natural muscle in her and was taller than Chester be an inch, but Chester despite how out-of-shape he can be from time to time had enough weight to almost carry her.

Emma found her legs kicking into the air, to which she stumbled back into the living room, falling and landing against Chester's chest.

He facepalmed at the sight he witnessed. "Thank you." he said to Chester.

"Ughhhh, fan mig, du kunde ha brutit min nacke, din jävel (fuck me, you could've broke my neck, you fatass)." Emma muttered to him, while on top of him. The weed was still in her system and taking its toll.

Marino slowly got up from the floor, being careful of the uncooked pasta and shards of ceramic now scattered below him. He observed the damage in his kitchen, his mind sort of clearing up but still dizzy from all the weed.

"Damn... What happened?" He questioned himself. He was about to lean on the stove before noticing the lit flames. "Oh, who left the stove on?" After putting out the flames, he walked to the pantry again to find a broom. "Great, now I have to clean all this up..."

Manuel had an empty cup in his hands and a satisfied smile playing on his lips as he let himself siiiiiiiink nice and soft and neatly. At his height and build, there wasn't much he could feel comfortable in. He was primarily thankful for the tea and the couch for providing a means to him at the moment.

However, the ruckus from the kitchen was simply not letting up. His brow furrowed a moment, and his thoughts gathered even through the stupor. Whhhyyyyy was it always something? But oh well; if his friends needed help, he could help, and if they didn't, well, that's where the rest of the tea was anyway.

He was getting better and better at that. Waltzing on over into the kitchen, he stopped at its entrance to observe the scene of the... crimes. His eyes widened imperceptibly although that smile remained plastered on his face, almost plastic. It was a smile that belied an inward shock at this looney toons ass catastrophe which had produced itself while he was just trying to have a nice relaxing weed-tea-drink on the couch just one room over. A simple set of words produced themselves from his mouth:

"...Jesus."

Yeah he just established that there were no Gods a minute ago but cmon.

"You, uh, gonna need sum... help, I think."

He was ready (despite the everything). Just needed to put the cup down and for someone to tell him what to do and where.

Bissette was about to say something sarcastic towards Emma.

Oh that’s a weird way of saying thanks

Better than breaking your skull

Maybe stop me from grabbing the fucking kettle!

But right now all that came out of Bissette was

“You ok?”

A quiet and simple question, still staring at the ceiling. He felt the soreness in his back. The pounding in his head and the burning of his hands. But right now all he focused is whether or not the girl is hurt or not.

After another second he glanced at Manuel “Help her up….I just need to lay here….”

Emma rolled off of Chester, her stomach and chest on the floor. She had to adjust her glasses again, since the sudden jerking movement to the floor sent them up to her forehead. She was lucky that she didn't break them.

"I'm fine... Get me to the couch. Damn legs can't work well now." Emma said to Chester, though Manuel came by to help the others. Emma allowed Manuel to help her up and set her down at the couch in the living room, while Marino was in the pantry to check for a broom.

"Hey, Manuel. How's the tea? Is it any good?" she asked him.

"Just, uhh... Just wipe away the water..." Marino said to Manuel, as he calmly grabbed a broom and dustpan. He began to sweep up whatever was spilled on the floor, making sure not a single shard was left. As he tried to get himself out of his dazed state, he could still smell the burning scent of the strain in the air.

"We should also... umm, air out the room..."

"Aaaaaright, aright aright..."

Chester was making some non-antagonistic sense for once, acting as a bit of a wake-up call for the dazed and happy Mañana. He had to focus up. Get a bit more serious. Buddies were in trouble and heeee could help. He had the means and motive to do so, post weed tea triggered epiphany. Damage control was already being undertaken by the two other men of the group, and he had his own assignments now. First things first; lean down, clasp hand, arm over shoulder... Uppp came the Emma. He supported her all the way through the living room with the same amount of blazed-care as he'd used to handle those teacups earlier. He reached the couch— downnn went the Emma. Manuel smiled broadly as he received her question, pulling away from her;

"Oh, is', uh... es muy... it's really nice. Like the coffee of tea. 'Magine if dirt tasted good."

Yeah he summed that up pretty great. Before turning around to head back to the kitchen and aid in task number two, he posed his own question to the woman.

"Wanna cup?"

Chester took a deep breath, feeling the pain slowly ween away as he began slowly rising to his feet, making it to a window and opening it up to let the air waft out. He slowly walked into the kitchen as Marino brushed off the shards and he wiped down the water from the floor, ignoring the sensitivity from his hands.

He stood up, tossing the paper towels into the trash as he walks back into the living room and grabbed his jacket to put it on “I think I gotta get back home…”

Chester opened up a window, so that fresh air can get in to clear out the haze. The breeze felt good on her, though the brownies were going to take until tonight to wear off. She couldn't come home with pink eyes. Her dads will know and get on her ass. She can't ride her motorcycle away from Skyline Heights either, when her reaction time is currently lousy. She would need to get Heather to pick her up or something, but Emma couldn't leave her motorcycle unattended even when she had the keys in her pocket.

Manuel was describing the taste of the "tea", as in if it was coffee without any cream or sugar. Manuel had offered her a cup still. Screw it, she can give it a good taste to see how it is. She doubted it was enough to see the gods, but what can you do?

"Cup me, yeah."

Marino kept wiping away most of the mess on the floor, doing his best to keep things as tidy as possible, but even with how much he tried, he couldn't get over the after-effects of getting high. He had a hard time trying to keep his balance and his thinking felt clouded. Most of all, his eyes were completely red.

"Damn... I really wanted to see some Greeks." Marino muttered to himself.

An' a one foot forward an' another foot forward an' a right an' a left an' a march march marchhh...

All the way to the kitchen on some new orders, a bit like a toy soldier. No room for snark or rudeness, all that had been evaporated in psychoactive-laced ash which lined his lungs. Burned right away, leaving what seemed to be another self but was actually simply what lied only just beneath the surface. Into the kitchen and another cup in hand and what was left of the tea riiiight into the cup... smelt good enough to his new acquired (REVOLUTIONARY) taste buds but oh no no no, this was ferrrr Emma. He swiveled on his feet with surprising grace for one who was among the blaze, and made his way right out, looking down at the still hard at work Marino as he did. Gaaaah another taaaask gotta heeeelp.

"Espera un pooooco más, hermano..."

Were the somewhat hazed apologetic words that slipped his tongue. Back out to the living room back to the couch, hand the teacup riiiight down to the Emma. Very gentle. No spill. Skill non-issue.

"Yer order, mad'... m... miss."

He chuckled a bit at his own "joke", his actual sense for humor fried along with the rest of his circuits. A markedly entertaining feeling.

Chester opened the door, stepping out and without another words, shuts the door, completely disappearing from the situation.
