I wouldn't consider that all three would be in a neutral relationship. Emma is in the mix of both a neutral/dislike relationship, while Joanne has some strong dislike for Claude. Vanessa on the other hand is eligible to be friends for Claude, since they are both gentle giants.

For Emma, I do imagine that even though Lily and her don't connect and don't relate in any way, since the former avoids her, Taylor is likely to have a past fling with her to which Emma considers her harmless. But most likely still in the friend category, since she is still friendly to Emma.

Joanne will dislike Lily and treat her the same way as Heather, while she will also see Taylor as weird, causing Joanne to dislike her.

Vanessa will try to avoid antagonizing Lily, but Vanessa will treat her as neutral since both of them like to work out in probably the same gym. Vanessa will see Taylor as a friend and drama buddies, but the flirts from the latter will fly over her head, since she has Ezra.
