Meghan “Meggy” Roberts

Overview: Daughter of a police officer in Massachusetts, who for most of Meggy’s life was physically aggressive and abusive. While their relationship mended, he committed suicide after allegations of police brutality came up, resulting in her moving when she was 12. She gained a deep admiration for the police and wishes to be better than her father and protect people. She gained a passion for photography and video gaming during lockdown. In Red Rock, she’s deeply engrossed in team spirit, stands up to people who are bullied, taken up tutoring for anyone who needs it, and keeps a cheerful and happy attitude towards everyone so they can be comfortable talking to her about any issues they have.

Brief Overview: Son of two affluent yet miserable businesspeople and born in L.A. Surrounded and showered by luxury but felt emotionally neglect and isolated from others, and detached himself when thinking his parents didn’t care for him. Grew up stunted and bullied, leaving him to outcast himself further isolated himself into self loathing apathy, exacerbated from the pandemic when coming to Vegas. Slobbish, unkempt, quiet, he is observant towards others behaviors and routines while keeping a distance. Has extreme gender dysphoria and grows jealous of the female students and their looks. Secretly Paints his nails. Highly intelligent, yet doesn’t put the work in to better himself due to his own apathy. Wants to make friends but feels as if he is unable to.

Overview: Daughter of extreme evangelists, and is neglected and mistreated due to her osteoporosis, being bullied by her family and her former classmates. She found peace in being alone and taught herself to play violin, and began reading large amount of books to take her somewhere else. In Red Rock, she excels completely in her academics and provides volunteering and running small charities for the school, and provides empathy to others if they approach her. In spite of her calm and serene demeanor, she is depressed and suicidal who engages in self harm to cope with the stress and isolation, while always self deprecating and trying to sway others from thinking about her, believing that she deserves to be like this.

Overview: Daughter of nationalists with strong military ties, with her ancestors being Revolutionaries; a Great Grandfather in the Civil War; grandfather in Korea and Vietnam; and an Afghan Soldier Dad. Taught and homeschooled from young age to deeply worship The United States and idolizing war from her family, striving to join a military when she grows up. Lived with her domineering, abusive, traumatized veteran Grandfather who physically beat her as he drilled in the ideas of war into her head, which she began internalizing and accepting as normal. She began hunting at a young age and developed an enjoyment hunting animals due to finding them weak. Family moved to Vegas after Grandfather’s death and she began to jump into complete Nationalism and Western Chauvinism, and her isolation causes her to be unable to make friends. She frequently gets in trouble for xenophobic and bigoted tweets and insults, and frequently rants over the disrespect of American soldiers in favor of immigrants and welfare users. She intimidates weaker kids, and mocks stronger kids while acting as a moral superior.
