I mean, I don't really know at this point. I guess I should have been clearer with me saying they might not be telling the truth, which is why I want to look through their posts a bit more and come up with a less null-ish read before I make an actual judgement.

fair enough. we've got three days and i think we've all agreed not to vote before the last day. i don't know if my reads on everyone right now would be super different than they were yesterday but i'll reassess as more people say stuff.

rugga: she's seemed consistently town all game and that hasn't changed tbh. her flavor knowledge is probably a big part of what saved me from getting executed last night, and I can't see a reason for scum to go that far when I bleed just as well as Skraal does; though maybe she was fishing for a power role, who knows. also don't like her ruminations about Blizzard being a godfather.

fen: shrug emoji. brought up blizzard godfather theory but immediately downplayed it. day two effortpost gives them a lot of townpoints imo?? maybe they're just trying to blend in by being helpful. who knows. i don't.

as it stands my vote's going towards Ricky at the end of the phase.

This is going to seem hypocritical but I also picked up on Ricky pushing The Godfather. I had it in my original post and erased it because I think I started getting too paranoid and when I went back and read all of bliz’a posts there was a feeling of sketch

i feel strongly about considering every possibility because mafia is Like That and u never know. if u want to get into wild possibilities it's still technically possible that there's no cop in this setup and jimmy is lying, but that is so wildly unlikely as to not be worth discussing if only because there's basically no reason to have a doctor if you don't have a cop.

I think trying to justify a godfather is just distraction tactics, taking time away from actually discussing things that would point us in the direction of the mafia and instead of going down unlikely hypotheticals where we question “what if” for every little thing. If there was a godfather somehow, then the cop would be significantly gripped considering it’s such a small game and it would tip the scales absurdly in the direction of the mafia.

Blizzard is new and this is what i was taking about before, with the mafia exploiting her newness to make her look suspicious and throw up shadows everywhere. We need to shine away these lies and come forth with the truth.

Tbh, I’m seeing anyone trying to push the narrative of Godfather to be suspicious I.e. Ricky. Though I am worried how this united front may just be mafia slinging shit at him and then jumping on the lynch train to victory.

I’m getting paranoid and this isn’t even the paranoia game.

that's a very good point i didn't think of actually; in terms of balance having 1 member of a 2-member mafia be immune to night investigations would cut the cop's usefulness significantly. obvs u can't always assume the setup is a good and balanced one (because hahahaha it usually. isn't) but if brackie did pick up an untouched basic setup from mafiascum or somewhere it's probably reasonably well-balanced.

So, Ricky hasn’t commented even though Rugga said he was going to be free last night. His last big reads post was something along the lines of “ehhhhhh everyone is suspicious so I don’t know”. Maybe I’m being a bit mean, but he hasn’t really done much to dissuade my suspicions of him.

However, Rugga posting he was free could just be her setting up Ricky to take the fall. Maybe they’re both mafia members or Rugga knows that Ricky isn’t mafia and is just laying the foundation for him to be target number one. Either way, I could be thinking way more into this I maybe should be, but I think it’s something that we should keep in mind.

At the moment, Ricky is my top suspect while Rugga is my second. I’m suspicious of Rugga because she was one of the people who supported the “Blizzard is totally a godfather” with her expressing her suspicions of Blizzard even with this being such a small game and the fact that my investigation came back with town.

While the risk of the two mafioso hammering isn’t as big as I initially thought, we still have two days so I’m not going to vote just yet. I’d like to hear from Blizzard since she’s the only other person I fully trust as town as well as Ricky cause I’d like him to make a case. This inactivity is unsettling team, we can’t lose cause people aren’t posting? That would not be shine at all!

i feel like i've been more quiet than i'd like but i also don't have anything new to say and i don't wanna just say words for the sake of activity. but if the alternative is gonna be crickets chirping i can probably find new Angles Of Attack.

i agree that i'd like to hear more from blizzard, tho being confirmed town doesn't mean she knows any more than the rest of us lmao. jimmy is also confirmed and i'm basically willing to trust his judgment as far as this phase goes. i'm still kinda null on ricky but at this point that's still the most suspect i am of anyone, and i Was kinda surprised that he didn't post when rugga implied he would. personally i think it would be kind of a dick move to use your irl knowledge of someone to cause them problems in mafia and i trust rugga not to do that, so i don't think she would have done that intentionally as some kind of ploy.

my current order of suspicion is ricky > boogie > rugga with the side note that i'm not getting strong scum vibes off of any of them but i'm also bad at this so there u go
