Hey there, I have seen this terrifying definitely sane child, and my children would definitely know Beelzebub Smith in some way, shape, or form:
Thomas Shaw would definitely hate Beelzebub with a fiery passion, not only because of Beelzebub's personality but because she is picking on his friend, Florida Riley. Unlike others, Thomas would most certainly try to snitch on Beelzebub, meaning she could have respect towards Thomas (maybe not that much, as he is a snitch). However, an alternative is shown in Thomas' profile, which states Thomas got in a fight with a teenager after they made fun of his sister, maybe Beelzebub is the person he fought against?
Another enemy: Chester Mullivan! He hates people like Beelzebub since they make him angry, and he has been trying hard to not be angry. Beelzebub would know about Chetser's massive sophomore fight, and I think Beelzebub could respect Chester, but definitely not the other way around.
Kaede Miller would have heard of Beelzebub and attempted to stay away because of how scary she is. Fortunately for Kaede, she is not boring whatsoever, and Beelzebub would hopefully not try to mess with Kaede.
Lastly, Samuel Burkholder... a pal! Samuel is a weird mix of counter-culture from his old Amish life and also embracing culture the new tech he is finding. He could be a gang member in crime since Samuel's family is broke and Samuel would want money to get all the cool tech he sees.

Man I think Danny and Beelzebub would have a super complicated relationship if they actually moved in the same circles.
On one hand Danny would definitely respect her for her no-shit attitude and forward nature. And I think conversations between these two would be wonderfully transparent and to-the-point.
On the other, her blatant criminal activity is a bad look for him when he's trying to get college scholarships, and while he gets into fights from time to time he's not like, actual crime level (underage drinking isn't an actual crime, and that's just at parties anyway). He doesn't even steal shit, despite having the financial motivation to do so. So he probably wouldn't want to get too close to her cause of that reputation.
I could see them messing around before Danny came out as a sort of intense make-out/hookup, but I think there would be zero emotional attraction going on there, at least on Danny's part. Or if there is an emotion, it's intense hormones rather than actual affection. Plus his closeted status might disqualify him as someone living honestly in her books?
Hell, I could even see her as one of the women Danny is willing to throw down with on the grounds that she can fight back. I don't think it would even be a fight that left ill-feelings afterwards.

Michael and Beelzebub probably fucking hate each other. She's a bully and an anarchist, he's a not-bully and a stubborn liberal - even outside of the politics they probably argue a lot, because if Michael sees her and her crew picking on some poor bastard you bet he's gonna stand up for them. Not going to throw fists or anything, he's not that kinda guy, but it's definitely heated.
Ryumi probably just stays out of her way. Vaguely wouldn't get along but also she's just vibing and living life so Beelzebub probably doesn't want to pick on her anyway.
Louay is similar in that he's probably not a target for Beelzebub but avoids her anyway. He's living his best life.
Bradley, now, could make for a fun Victim. Sedentary nerd who's a bit nerdy and generally shys away from physicality due to his stoma bag? You bet your ass he's kind of scared of her, even just from the stories. Perhaps she wouldn't target a guy with a disability but I get the vibe she'd want him to toughen up.

Beelzebub would NOT respect snitching. Quite the opposite actually, since that's relying on authority figures to fight your own battles for you. She WOULD respect him for sticking up for his friends. She could potentially be the person she got into a fight with, but note that she wasn't the bully she is now until high school. friendship!!: Lynx and Beel actually have a lot in common; fucked-up religious parents, deep antipathy toward being told what to do, general positive feeling toward people doing whatever the fuck they want and fuck the rest, tendency to Do Some Crimes, the biggest difference is that Lynx channeled their energy purely into Having A Good Time. Lynx is down to party literally and figuratively at all times, will get in a fistfight to pass time when they're bored, and their hookup criteria is basically identical to Beel's which is extremely funny to me i swear to god i wrote it without realizing
anyway Lynx is completely shrug emoji at the whole bullying thing, like if Beel ever tried to explain her philosophy on it they'd be like chase your bliss queen idc, as far as they're concerned Beel is cool as long as she's fun and it seems like by their standards she's pretty much always fun. they're down for the gang as long as they're having a good time (crime is by nature extremely fun so) and also could easily be a regular hookup if Beel's about it (they dress like their clothes combos were selected by RNG but they're cute otherwise i promise lmao)
