Area: Abandoned Trapping Camp

Description: When traveling within the forest, slightly deeper in than one would expect to find human habitation, a trapping camp can be found. Featuring one small wood cabin and a set of old tarp tents, the camp appears to have originally been used for the catching of deer. The cabin itself has not done well in its time left alone within the forest without any care; its windows are still intact, but the roof has started to sag and fall inward, making its structural integrity dubious, although it would still be effective as a form of shelter from the elements. There is also a makeshift seating area that was made using chopped wood placed on the forest floor, with seats made from circular logs and a long bench created from a split trunk. Curiously, the partially-frozen carcasses of a pack of wolves can be found strung from a log perched across the cabin roof and an indent in a nearby tree, and the remains of a recent fire pit can be found in the center of the seating circle.

Robin Valenti's body lies inside the cabin, his throat slashed, with clear signs of head trauma. His bag is nearby, with everything that was in it remaining within except for the food, water, and his assigned weapon.

EDIT: As of You cannot rest, there are monsters nearby, his body has been buried in the snow nearby the cabin.

As of It's Light's Out, And Away They Go!: One of the cabin's windows has a bullet hole in it.

As of All The Flowers Are Gone, the wolves have been cut down from the rear of the cabin, and there is a hole in the snow near the seating area where one of the logs has been pulled up and rolled away. The bodies of Micah Flanagan and Joan Leaven are behind the cabin, lying in repose among the wolves.

Per Here in the rage and the resign, all the furniture within the cabin has been smashed, overturned, or thrown across the room, and smaller items strewn across the floor haphazardly.

As of To Skin A Cat, the body of Jezzie Stark is laying by the firepit and seating area. She has a single gunshot wound to the head and has been loosely covered with snow. There is a large amount of blood around the pit area, including on one of the log seats, and more a short distance away.
