So far, I'm aiming for four characters, and have a basic start to two of them.

Tobias Hannah is from an upper-middle class wealthy family, but feels pressured by the expectations set to him by this lifestyle. Thus, he does his best to hide it outside of home and ignore it. He has a deep fascination with animals and biology, which is how he bonded with his best friend, Andrea Call.

Andrea, too, is fascinated deeply with animals. A rough life has led to her developing a cold-rooted sense of nihilism and misanthropy, with Tobias being her only real interaction on a day-to-day basis. One of Tobias' goals is to help Andrea break out of her anti-social behaviors.

Now, open the floodgates, and let the suggestions come forth! Please

Sylvie Rattray-Aubert

Sylvie entirely emphasizes with Tobias' feelings towards being pressured by his lifestyle and social class. I think they could be good friends, able to vent about it to each other.

Raya Loux

Raya makes it her personal mission to alleviate the stress of anyone she thinks is cool. If she'd bonded enough with him, this would be the case for him.

Andrea Call

Same for Andrea as Tobias.

Tobias Hannah
A kind-hearted kid who has an active interest in wildlife biology. Born to an upper-middle class family, Tobias was a bit introverted, always preferring the company of his pets to people, but he was kind and polite regardless. He enjoyed the cushiness of his life, but came to realize how spoiled he was compared to many others. As a result, he does his best to help others, offering whatever he can physically and then his company. He acts as a confidant for his friend, never spilling a secret he is asked to keep, and will always advocate for the most empathetic solution. With that said, he is not perfect; he can be arrogant, and his pride can be easily insulted.

Andrea Call
From an early age, Andrea absorbed information like a vacuum. When she confided in a friend and that friend proceeded to tell others what happened, it caused her to take a cold, almost utilitarian approach to things. She taught herself to be extremely careful what information she shared with who, and as she grew older and more mature, other events eventually led to her developing a utilitarian, pragmatic approach to things. She internalized that life was hard and required hard choices, and is somewhat antisocial as a result. However, it allows her to make the most of any situation and decide the most efficient cost vs benefit solutions she can.

Tobias

Wade probably thinks well of him, appreciating his empathetic attitude to life. Whether they’re friends is likely going to depend on if they have aligning hobbies, though, because Wade kind of struggles to talk about anything he isn’t interested in.

Londyn, meanwhile, is unlikely to have any positive relationship with Tobias, given that Londyn is, to be blunt, a giant asshole who is transparent in his use and abuse of others

Alec likely considers Tobias a close friend, being willing to talk about his insecurities with him and generally hang out.

Andrea

Wade likely has little interaction with Andrea due to her antisocial attitude and his avoidance of such things.

Londyn has probably tried to goad a reaction out of her for their youtube channel. Whether it succeeded is up to you.

Alec tried to flirt with her at some point and got shut down. Not much more to say on that.
