On some further thinking, though I don’t suppose it’ll change much given the other responses, I would kind of like to get a proper Endgame in if there’s enough interest. Still content with escape as it is admittedly easier to write in the current circumstances, but… yeah it’d be cool to do.

Hey everyone,
Thank you for all promptly letting us know whether your character would be staying or escaping.
Now that the deadline has passed and everyone has stated their preference, we can officially say that everyone will be being saved from the island unless you choose to have them die unrolled. There will not be an endgame occurring due to less than the minimum of four people stating that they wanted their character to stay behind.
As previously mentioned, the army will be arriving at the town with two boats and picking up every kid who gets to the boats in time.
We will be opening a thread for this through SOTF_Help that will be free for everyone to enter and get picked up. Once your character has boarded the boat they will count as rescued and you will not be be able to continue posting with them until the aftermath section is opened. The deadline to board the boat is January 15th, the actual thread depicting the military's arrival will be up within the next coming days as to give everyone at least a month to wrap things up.
Once the deadline passes the boats will leave and anyone who is left on the island will be executed by the AT via collar detention.
