this aint one of those anime situations. student council is pretty limited in our ability to institute actualized change. this is an advocacy group and not really a budgetary one. we dont gotta vote in terms of how the money is distributed. you gonna have to talk to the local school board and county about that. maybe take it up to the governor.

All jokes aside while fundraising for the art dept should prolly be done by their respective clubs, it is a specialty of our Madame President. Student govt obviously supports the arts and would be willing to assist in any fundraising efforts u guys institute. If u guys come up with a feasible plan and just need manpower and resources of time--we got y'all.
