Because Marshall West has never been known not to try doing everything, nominating him for:

(In rough order of investment, though it’s like 100% investment, 99.9% investment, etc)
All my other characters either don’t belong to clubs or, in Molly’s case, it is too much work to aim for captain/club leader.

Nominating Ethan Kemp as the president of the Chess Club and Dawn Montogomery as the leader of the Student Health Association.
Both also work as ex-leaders for their respective clubs (if others agree rip) so being current leadership isn't critical!
